Damaged Parcel

I've given these people a LONG time to address my dissatisfaction regarding a damaged parcel. It was clear that the parcel was not handled with a lot of respect or care. Also, extremely poor investigation regarding the shipment was done by The Courier Guy. And now no one wants to accept accountability and they want to shift the blame to the sender of the parcel. Still today I am awaiting for the OPS manager to get back to me regarding this matter...its been WEEKS! Pathetic service to say the least...
