Damaged parcel

I bought a bonnet from German Age and requested The courier guy to collect, it came damage[beyond repair]. they are refusing to reimburse me but they acknowlege that it was damage in their depot by one their drivers, i have since instituted legal claim. They are also ****** especially the branch manager of Tzaneen depot
