Damaged packages will be your own cost when using Courier guy

Received my package broken to pieces for the second time after it has only been handled by The Courier Guy. Courier Guy will take no responsibility for the damaged that occurred when my package was in their care. The response I received was that they cannot see any video footage of damaged being done to the package when it was in their warehouse (only one area of the whole distribution from point A to B) so they will not take responsibility for the damage or the inconvenience this has caused.
