Damaged our expensive PC

They cant understand what handle with care means.Damaged and destroyed my brothers expensive pc.When the guy deliverd it instead of calling my brother to deliver it to his apartment he quietly left it with reception and ran away now we know why.Theres a dent in the metal so how hard was it dropped or handled with force.The glass covering is shattered.We will be taking this up.And we had explicit instructions as wel as written on box handle with care.Dont use this courier!
