Damaged my goods

I couriered two bedside tables to one of my clients on Tuesday 5 April 2022. On Wednesday I get an email which stated that the staff at The Courier Guy broke off one of the legs on one of the bedside tables. The Courier Guy also said that they won't be held responsible for the damages and they will not refund me the courier fees paid. The bedside tables were returned to me on Thursday, only to find that they broke 2 legs on one of the bedside tables. No apology. No accountability. Please don't use them, they don't handle your parcel with care! I won't use them again!
