Damaged item received

I ordered a guitar from cash converters in Montague Gardens Capetown to be sent to Durban…pics of the guitar were sent to me of all angles of the guitar and there were absolutely no physical damage…the guitar was well wrapped with bubble wrap and fragile stickers placed on it…when I received the guitar yesterday I noticed a ding in the back of the guitar that certainly wasn’t there with the pics sent to me by cash converters..: I have these pics as evidence… I can only assume that the Courier Guy don’t handle goods properly when it’s marked as “ fragile” and was probably thrown about without care!
