Damaged goods, no refund

We have a small business, making 3D printed things. Took our product to the courier guy in Benoni to have sent to PTA just to find out that the customer received all their items damaged HOW!

We sent a mail to them complaining about the service but just received an email that they do not take any responsibility and there will be no refund for the damaged goods.

We will never use them again as they dont treat your things with respect.
