Damaged Goods - Mishandling

I am very disappointed in TCG. We are doing business with them for several years now and never had a problem, until last week. We sent a very expensive parcel, and they damaged it. I submitted a complaint, and I only received emails back that stated that they found no mishandling of the parcel. I saw the "evidence", but it is only inside the warehouses and only pictures from a distance. They just let me know that I courier it on my own risk and they are not liable for any loss that may occur. VERY disappointing. They don't take accountability for any actions.
