Damaged goods, Courier guy is the one!

Intentional damage of goods. Does not care about goods or parcels. Had my Solar panels picked up in Johannesburg. Paid my supplier extra to bubble wrap all. On collection I noticed an hole in packaging material and impact mark on one panel, cracked.

When unwrapping, found another panel with impact marks and shared on both sides.

Reported it and left damage goods at Nelspruit Kiosk. Was told that good was damaged in transit and that's one of those things.

Have send numerous emails and just received reverence numbers, have my own collection now.

Can I have any advice on how to proceed, any suggestions for legal assistance?
