Damaged electronics
Refusal to pay out insurance on damage due to item being 2nd hand. Why would i courier a new item & why offer insurance if they not willing to payout for damages.

10 Dec 2025, 09:25Disgusted at the way boxes are handled by the courier guys. Sent two items from Pretoria to Cape Town. The electronic item was so badly damaged that it cannot be repaired & they refuse to pay out on the insurance. The second was so torn that everything was fallin out. I'm not sure how much was lost/******. I'm so disgusted & disappointed in this service that we as consumer are expected to accept. You entrust your possessions with them expecting your package to arrive at its destination safely & in perfect condition as you shipped it, & this is how they handle your personal items.
