Damaged contents due to mishandling

Our package arrived damaged. The sender had made extra effort to protect the contents with bubble wrap, polystyrene, cardboard and attached "Glass fragile" stickers to the package to indicate that it should be handled with care although the contents were made of cement. The damage caused to the contents indicate mishandling. It is unacceptable that The Courier Guy takes no responsibility for the damage. It is not a high value item and falls into their "Liability" clause in the T&C's. It would be nice if they accepted responsibility for how they treat paying clients packages. Waybill = 4PNHLB
