Damaged contents

I r3ceived a parcel from Groblersdal to be delivered to Rustenburg. When the parcel arrived on Friday the box was damaged my belated daughters slow-cookers pot was broken to pieces and the slow cooker has a huge dent in. I tried to contact the compa y several times.via email and I still have not received a answer. I demand a voucher to replace my slow cooker. The customer service is terrible.
