Damaged car window

My car window was courier from Pretoria to middelburg mpumalanga..so to my surprise after tracking how far it was.it was here at middelburg but they say the window it's cracked and there is nothing they can do...so now am loosing my window money plus the courier money..and i can't drive my car because the window that is damaged by the courier guy. please assist 🙏 😢
