Damaged and Missing Items- no refund 👎👎

Courier Guy is stressing me out. First, I sent a book and tracksuits to a client, and only the book arrived, and there was no sight of the tracksuits; after emails back and forth for a month, I gave up. Now, they send me a message that one of the books has been damaged, should they send it back to me. Lapho, there were two books, and I made sure they were bubble-wrapped. That's two books I have to replace and money I need to pay for another delivery. I've started an inquiry on getting a refund but I'm not holding my breath.
