Damage to pouch and papers inside of couriered pouch

The Courier Guys delivered my parcel of stickers a day late in their grey packing pouch dirty and crumpled. The labels inside were bent and damaged. I phoned to complain and got Brandon on WhatsApp who asked for photos of the bag which I provided. He then rep**** that they were not liable for the goods or the condition of the parcel. Brandon wasted my morning with messages back and forward asking about the packaging of the items in the pouch. My request was for a refund of the courier fee or for the parcel to be returned to sender and a new batch of labels brought to me. Brandon had no intention of making right their careless carrying of my parcel.
