Damage to parcels

Its starting again! For a few months after my last complaint everything went well and nothing broke ....all of a sudden all hell broke loose this past week. Three shipments broken contents .....and it was very very well packed ....what's wrong now all of a sudden? Are your employees sabotaging you or what??? Somewhere something is very wrong! But as usual, you will not answer. Always the clients fault
