Dad dad service ever... Lies, no communication

I made an order with Mikro on the 28th of November 2024, they promised that I will get my order the next day (29th). For delivery they used "THE COURIER GUY" worse service ever, no communication as I write this review I haven't received my parcel. No 1 is reaching out to explain why, I called them on the 5th (Thursday) after a long wait for them to answer, the lady said my parcel will be delivered the next day 6th (Friday) waiting until now, no parcel delivered, no one explained why. It's been 7 working days while they said they take only 2-5 working days to deliver. Can someone please explain what can I do, or call them to retain my parcel to mikro so I can collect it myself?
