Customer service useless

I have been using this courier company for my business since 2021 and just yesterday they decided to fail me,I have booked a locker only to find the locker was small,I enquired they advised that I follow instructions to open the bigger locker;I did exactly dat ; their large locker did not open and it gave a message of locker opening incident...wen I get back to them for help they told me the locker opened therefore they can't help me...my locker reservation expired therefore loosing my money...I'm very much sad. After using their service for so long today they failed me xem.
