Customer service

I have been trying to get a booking confirmation from the Durban branch since 10:20am and still have not received it. Have called 4 times and am told the relevant person will call me back. I ask to escalate and the call just get dropped on me. The last time I spoke to Chatel and she hung on me when I told her I do not believe her when she told me the person who is supposed to help me has gone to the bathroom as I had been promised the person will call me back 5 times already.
