Customer not important

Courier Guy will not go the extra mile for excellent service delivery. The road between Struisbaai and Bredasdorp has been closed due to flooding but many vehicles including numerous courier companies have driven through to give their customers a service. I deposited urgent documents in the locker on Monday, it is now Friday and my parcel is still not collected. If there is a will there is a way. This will be the last time that I will make use of courier guy. There are many courier companies delivering goods this whole week that have ridden through the water. I am unable to retrieve my parcel so that I could use one the courier companies that I see in town
