Currier guy loseses parcel & getting back to me

My sister sent me a parcel from east london in September 2021to Northern cape. The parcel hasn't arrived since now. Their tracker only says it was sent off to Kimberley on 09 Sep 2021 & Kimberley is unable to account for it. I have tried calling them for a month now. EL offices are the worst becauise they never pick up their phones. The company has been sending me from pillar to post for over a month now and promisisng to get back to me. They never do get back to me. I'm disgusted to say the least.
