Critical Delivery Not Taken Seriously

Takes deliveries lightly at times. Parcel had to be delivered 1 - 2 days ago already, upon calling them they gave excuses about postponement into the new week etc. Costs incurred as a result of the particular parcel not being delivered are immense. The Courier Guy obtained a parcel several days ago from Road Protect and weren't delivering after much hassle on the part of the customer.
