At this point I also blame the businesses that choose the courier guy to deliver parcels to customers. I tracked my parcel and it was out for delivery, I then called the desk and they confirmed the time nd I waited at the house the whole time. I was sent a pin via email for confirmation upon receipt, 2 hours later I tracked the parcel and there was a "delivered" update on the shipment history. I called the desk again and they sent me a signature of a total stranger who received the parcel on my behalf.. No phone call from the driver, no pin requested from this devious "stranger" no courier car on sight. Long story short I lost R9500 nd ideally I want it back
