Crazy measurements!!!

So have had an account with The Courier Guy for a while now, on average we have received good service from them, send out a parcel with three parts tied together for a chev spark (bonnet and 2 bumpers) meassured 130cmx70cmx40cm, got billed for 418kg in volumetric weight that suggests the parcel was 250cmx200cmx40cm, how the hell is that vene possible without them willingly cheating their clients. On the same invoice had aparcel delivered to me volumtric weight 125KG!!! Crazy as I worked it out to be 42KG, parcel still standing just like it was delivered so they are welcome to come and measure it at my premises. Be careull of these guys completely unwilling to help even though we have all the proof that they are in the wrong. They are *****ing !ensure you measure your items before they collect

Look at this gem of a response by an obvious clueless person.... Hi We will get the Area manager to come and see you. I have just confirmed with the Branch manager , the dimensions must be correct as the driver collecting in your area is also used for our Airport deliveries , he is very accurate with measurements.
