courrier guy does not know where the northern cape is

The courrier guy does not know where the northern cape is , nor where my parcel is.How is that for incompantance? Thee most stupid company in south africa. Im giving all my suppliers an ultimatem...if the dont change to a diffrent courrier company, i will cancel all orders with them. So lets see if courrier guy still open doors in a year.......
