CourierGuyBad service

I am really unhappy with your service today. I have been using courier guy for a long time now, and today you really disappointed me. I booked a parcel, and then they charged me for 2 parcels. Then I phoned to have this sorted out, and the guy made me hold on for 13 min's , I mean we don't all have unlimited airtime. Then when he eventually came back to me, he said that he couldn't sort it out, so he has sent a message to the operations manager to sort it out. This has put my account in arrears, so he said that they wouldn't deliver before it is sorted out. I then asked him how long it would take to sort out, as I needed the parcel as early as possible today, and then he said he doesn't know. I said , so should I just wait and see what happens, and then he just put me on hold again. I need this package today and now it seems it isn’t going to be delivered
