Courierguy mishap

I book at Courierguy to pick up a parcel and bring it to my business in Tzaneen Limpopo. I need the goods urgently to finish a job for a client. Apparently the parcel was picked up in Randburg and wrongly delivered in Bloemfontein, Free State. On visiting the branch to pick up the parcel I was informed that it is in Bloemfontein and that it will take a week to be delivered in Tzaneen. I got an urgent job to do and cannot wait that long.
