Courierguy is not as great as everyone thinks

I do not understand how thier website can say overnight delivery but service agents want to postpone for an extra day, especially in a case like this where I am waiting for live earthworms to be delivered.

The answer I get is that it is an error on thier website yet no one seems to try solve the problem which is that I am not getting my delivery as promised.

The general service agent said to me yesterday on the 18/09 that it would be here today yet when escalated due to thier website saying it has not been recieved but is still in transit i get a different story?

I will not be making ise of courierguy again due to thier inefficiency and thier lack of truth.
