really dont use this service as they are out to lie and deceive and waste your money and time. had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered to my address friday 13 may i get a sms parcel is on its way. take a day off work cost of around R2000 as i work pay as you go system. sit at home waiting waiting waiting phone Courier Guy ( wrong number listed on Google for Rustenburg branch ) phone head office several numbers in fact 5 phone all no answer phone off etc. friday go past nothing next morning Saturday try the numbers again .....ahh at least someone woke up. no im not at work phone Francois he is the one working with that. get francois number phone francois..... yes sir driver was at your house and tried to phone several times.........oh ok let s see give me my number he phoned.......oh but its wrong now how did you send me an sms and then all of a sudden get my number all wrong. so im supposed to sit at my gate to wait for your driver ( i have a South African gate you cant see nothing outside and vice versa) can we arrange other delivery. ?? yes sir indeed sorry for the inconvenience ...me thinking ja idiot pay me 2000 rand i just lost. and so i went on for a week ....driver rocking up at my house without notifying me etc etc etc. i phone the idiots and they dont answer their calls etc etc etc but what makes me really moerig enough to slap a face is the fact that they say they cant get hold of me but no calls logged .... i ask them for call logs they dont comply i can show you the many times i tried to phone you and your driver . that pumpkin must not own a phone as he does not have knowledge of how to answer it, totally disgusted and really wanting to tell everybody what a *** service provider you are sic
