Worst service you can imaginable from a guy called riccardo-bhs

Firstly the parcel was not collected on time waited 2 days for collection NOW i saw it still hasnt been delivered and started to query why and came upon the following

Nobody told me the funds deposited was not enough he claims to try and get hold of me sending messages ... never received any correspondence from them ...If i didnt log into my account and saw there was a parcel that was charged more than the payment ( i did n payment on the spot to rectify ) i would still be waiting for the parcel to be delivered . Communication with customers are minimal...When i confronted this Ricardo guy and told him he is lying to say he send me messages he just hung up on me Bad Bad Bad
