COURIERED AWAY ON THE WINGS OF THE COURIER GUY

Since May 2021, I have had the opportunity to interact with The Courier Guy on several occasions - and never ceased to be amazed. This is truly one of the best companies, not only in the dispatch business but in all consumer businesses. From my first experience when they went to fetch a set of earrings which are of extreme sentimental value to my spouse and which we forgot at the B&B in Colesberg, I fell in love with The Courier Guy. The precious parcel was delivered within 24 hours. Since then we had sent various parcels to our children in Johannesburg and Cape Town: every time we were received warmly at reception, with smiles all around, efficient and professional service and delivery without any problems - expeditiously. My latest dispatched were a complete 7.1 surround sound system with massive floor-standing speakers, an enormous subwoofer and a high end AV player. Once again the service was outstanding with the reception ladies coming out to our vehicle and assisting with these large parcels. How warm my heart felt when I went to the Box Man to purchase large boxes for the speakers and telling that The Courier Guy will handle our dispatches. The lady there rep**** without hesitation: “Yes, They are the best!”. From the reports I received from the recipients of the parcels, the items were in perfect condition. and the delivery service impeccable. And as if all this marvellous service is not enough, their prices are extremely competitive - indeed much less that what I had been accustomed before. Thank you Courier Guy. You are truly an amazing company. You are Without question MY KIND OF GUYS! Keep it up and the parcels will keep on rolling in. If I could give more than 5 stars out of 5, I would certainly do so.
