Courier Transaction not fulfilled, I have to pay again for new courier.

PUDO : I've been sending glass bottles for the past 2 years, Bubble wrapped in cardboard box with fragile stickers. No issue. I accept that they do not carry liability with glass. Thus no damages claims. I do not want to claim damages. BUT I paid for a parcel to go from point A to point B. When a bottle of perfume broke, I was sent back to the sender to rectify the damages. Now PUDO knows nothing about delivering the parcel to me - that was what I paid them for - after the return to rectify the damages, I have to pay for a new booking for delivery. Not only did we lose financially (remember we are not claiming damages) but we lost on the money paid for the transactions. WHICH was not completed. I have to pay again. Not on at all.
