Courier threatening me with lawyers cause of thier own negligence.

I sent a package through courier guy destined for mtubatuba.

Courier guy came back with a decision that does not help anybody.

The package was said weights more than the package limit.

I was not notified before the package left thier Johannesburg hub about weight / irregularity.

I was not given an option to cancel it before it left Johannesburg.

Instead it arrived in mtubatuba and I was told to pay 4x the posting amount.

Now I am being threatened with lawyers and told its my fault and my package will be discarded in order to cover thier money.

Thier practices are abusive, coersion and to be frankly *****ulent
