Courier staff damage parcel, the box was damaged physically, and it broke a ceramic tile in the box, When I asked them to check why it happened, they chose to say it was glass and therefore they accept no liability, so if I send an air fryer that has a window in it I can't as it contains glass, sorry that does not fly. Your staff were negligent, full stop. Just admit to it and stop looking for a reason not to accept it, it is no good for your company profile at ALL.
