Courier ***....Pay for bad service no matter what!

Courier *** Beaufort West.Order a parcell on 7 August before 10am to be picked up 360km from me. Followed it up on 8 Aug.Was told it will be at branch next day. I must pick it up before 11am because it is a holiday. Drove 15 km to town on 9 Aug. to be told parcell is still in Cape Town. Had to drive 15 km back to farm. After not hearing anything from them i contact them on 14 August to be told parcell has arived. 1 week later for 360km??????. Ask for discount due to bad sevice. Was told they are not allowed to give discount. Have all the messages to prove.
