Courier never takes accountability

They dont want to take accountability for damaging my parcel they keep blaming other courier doors which my parcel passed by , i am very dissappointed i will never ever use thig company again Phalaborwa courier guy was blaming Tzaneen courier for damaging why was it still delivery while it was damaged ,
