Courier lies about my phone being on voicemail

Courier guy have the worst drivers! Their drivers always give me problems when they have to deliver! I waited for my parcel since 12 pm it’s been out on delivery waiting for a call for their driver, i emailed them and they told me their driver is delayed and gave his contact details, now when I call the driver he **** and said that he was here by site b police station with my order and that he called me and my phone was on voicemail! My phone was never on voice mail! They always like about that, he then told me that his busy with a client and that he will call me back! I’m still waiting for that drivers call and they close at 5!
