Courier is nolonger caring about customer satisfaction

Courier guy nolonger cares about customers. I have been struggling with them for two months its either they dont pickup parcels .I sent a parcel for overnight services that was never collected and they are giving me runarounds with refund. Today they damaged an oil painting that I had stated to be fragile. I am loosing money through this Courier guy
