Courier Guy..terrible company with no morals.

On Monday 3rd October 2022 I sent a Roland SP540V printer from Mthatha to Potchefstroom with the Courier Guy. It was bubble wrapped and marked all over " Fragile" When it was finally delivered it was badly damaged on both sides,front and back.Ink was running out . I notified the relevant branches in Mthatha and East London sent pics of the damage as well. As yet no one has bothered to contact me , look into it and provide answers as to how, where and when this happened. It's complete negligence and don't give a **** attitude. I can understand a small bump or scratch but this machine is probably an R80k write off!!@ All they were worried about when I logged the complaint was did an indemnity form get signed...? Typical " Sorry for you attitude " I've been waiting 2 days now for the Courier Guy manager locally to call me from East London. Please don't use these guys to transport your goods ...you will be disappointed if something goes wrong because you'll be on your own. No one takes responsibility or appologises. I will never use them again and will close my account.
