Courier Guys ***** your valuables without any remorse

Please do not send any of your valuables via Courier Guy!!! The first time things were ****** from my luggage was in 2023, I assumed it was because I didn't lock the bag, and they told me they will investigate. It's 2025 now and still no feedback. I recently sent another package as of April 2025, because clearly I didn't learn my lesson, this time I made sure to lock, and guess what, the luggage arrived with a new lock and almost everything ****** from the bag. Once again Courier Guy told me they'll investigate without any form of remorse whatsoever, for a service I was charged for. This is quite unprofessional as it's not difficult to know who picked up the package, and if there are cameras at your base, then the obvious ***** was the guy that picked up the package. Please learn from my experience and stop supporting such a business that hires and defends dishonest people.
