Courier guys loses your packages

Honestly don't know what's happening with Courier guy these days. They have now lost a second package of mine in less than 2 weeks. The WhatsApp help service is no help at all they forever investigating. How do you pick up a package and it never makes it to the hub. Been with them for years I'm definitely in the market for another courier service.
