Courier guy's empty promises

So after waiting the whole day on the 23rd to get the wrong parcel being told by one of the phone assistants from the courier guy that either I or the lady sending my parcel is lying. They descover my parcel after they realise that I have photos to prove that the parcel is wrongly sent. They phone me to appologise and assure my they found thenparcel and it will be delivered before 11 on the 24. Just to be phoned before 10 to tell me they forgot my parcel at home and i have to now wait for them to bring my parcel later. Not caring that I yet had not done all my chrismas shopping because I have to wait for them. The only person taking ANY initative is Timothy who actually offerd to bring my parcel personally
