Courier Guy/Pudo East London

What on earth is going on with Courier Guy? Specifically East London branch as well as Pudo lockers at Mooiplaas, Eastern Cape. The kiosk just don't pick up a phone. Managers just don't call you back if you left a message. Parcels get lost. The Mooiplaas Pudo lockers are more off than they are on. Clients flood their Facebook page with complaints, but no one seems to care. Maybe Pudo is too big for Courier Guy to handle. Worst service ever
