Courier GUY........Courier ???????

Why do I have to leave one star rating , the deserve less. JOhannesburg branch is the pits .Mess up parcel and expect the customer to pay for it. TCG***1 was booked to be collected at Middelburg to Vryheid KZN. The useless people in JHB decided to send it to VRYBURG. At Vryburg the people saw that it was wrong and sent it back to Johannesburg.Mr of Mrs Stupid at JHB sent it back to Vryburg.... The Loser .....ME THAT HAS TO PAY IN ADVANCE FOR POOR ****TY SERVICE. I lose on productivity , I lose a customer , I lose reputation just because some dumbo in Johannesburg cannot read x2 . Close your business and pay my money back for loss of income , Pay for the parcels content , You can keep it because I have lost the Job.
