Courier Guy, your delivery personnel need some training

I’ve had wonderful experiences with the Courier Guy before today but I’m actually so terribly disappointed in the service that I received today. The person who had sent me the parcel did not communicate that the package had been handed over to the Courier Guy yesterday so I was not aware that it was coming. I was not around when they arrived and I did not answer the phone because I was unable to at the time. When I finally got around to calling them back, I was faced with the most disrespectful and disgusting delivery guy. Courier Guy, train your staff to treat clients with respect. We cannot be getting treated like this as paying customers.
