Courier Guy - you disgust our company

We sent 7 boxes with courier guy from Pretoria to McGregor, we transported ceramics and soft furnishings.

The boxes were marked fragile, items with bubble wrapped and packed in boxes within boxes.

We also taped up the boxes.

The value of this order was 17000.00 round off.

The boxes arrived today…. 9 of the 15 pieces were shattered in pieces… we complained and were referred to the terms and conditions and claims we agreed upon when we booked the courier.

We understand if one item was broken of a small dented box…. However the boxes arrived in a round shape - meaning they were wrecked during transport… when the driver delivered them he threw some of the boxes from deep in the truck to the edge of the truck…

No respect, no responsibility was taken by courier guy.

You disgust me and we now know why all our suppliers are moving to Star Express!
