Courier Guy Worst Service

On the 19th of December we had Christmas presents couriered to Lephalale. With an specific accurate address. It was said that with all the holiday days it would reach Lephalale today, Friday 27 December. Tracking is HCQ39C. Just to hear today after enquiring that the package was sent to a wrong depot, on route to Johannesburg and will reach us only next week. Unacceptable!!!!!!! Worst service ever and I will recommend Courier Guy to nobody!!!!! You get a specific address. What is so hard to understand about that!!!!
