Courier Guy - Worst courier company. damaged /broken goods

This is the worst courier company ever. They take no responsibility for goods damaged by them. The excuse you will get once your goods are damaged is that our drivers don't know what they are collecting and they expect you to read their entire website before you send goods. They are very careless with customer goods. Don't even bother to take out their so called Insurance, it's a ****. They own up to nothing. Whether it's damaged or broken goods. Their site does not even give you provision to do a description of your goods they expect you to call them and explain to them. Bad, poor, disgusting customer service. Very disappointed will never use them again.
