Courier guy Worcester overcharged and bad customer service

The courier guy worcester's customer service is disgusting.

Firstly they overcharged me on many of my quotes (please do a thorough review of your statement by comparing it to the quotes that you accepted). And then you get endless promises that this is being fixed, only to spend weeks waiting for the issue to be resolved.

I give them a 0 out of 5 for customer service due to their lack of communication and poor management skills.

Luckily there are many other Courier options out there.
