Courier guy Witbank

I am waiting on a parcel delivery. On Tuesday 31 May 2022 I received a message that the parcel will be delivered before the end of the day. Nothing delivered. On Wednesday 1 June I received a message again that the parcel will be delivered before the end of the day. Nothing delivered. On Thursday at 10:30 am I eventually got through on the phone to Courier guy Witbank. The person answering the phone spoke to the driver and said it will be delivered within the next hour. It is now 16:45 on Thursday 2 June still waiting for the parcel. Tracking number UA ***
